• Platform: means our website, mobile application, and all associated services
• Services: refers to laboratory testing services, sample collection, and related healthcare services
• Customer or User: refers to any person who accesses or uses our Platform
• Healthcare Provider: refers to laboratory facilities, phlebotomists, and other medical professionals associated with our Platform

2. Services Overview

2.1. Platform Operation

The Company operates a marketplace platform connecting Customers with Healthcare Providers for laboratory testing services and sample collection.

2.2. Services Facilitated

• Booking of laboratory tests
• Home sample collection
• Access to test results
• Payment processing
• Communication between Customers and Healthcare Providers

3. User Accounts and Registration

1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1. Test Booking

• All test bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes

4.2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept payment through authorized payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Additional charges may apply for home collection services

4.3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• Processing fees are non-refundable

5. Sample Collection and Testing

5.1. Home Collection

• The Customer must provide accurate address and contact information
• The Customer must be available during the scheduled time slot
• Additional charges may apply for rescheduling
• The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic or circumstances beyond our control

5.2. Testing Process

• Standard processing times apply as specified for each test
• Processing times are indicative and may vary
• Emergency processing may be available at additional cost

6. Test Reports

6.1. Delivery

• Reports will be delivered through the Platform
• Physical copies may be provided upon request
• Standard delivery time is 3 working days unless specified otherwise

6.2. Confidentiality

• Test reports are confidential and will be shared only with the Customer
• Reports may be shared with specified healthcare providers upon Customer's request
• The Company implements security measures to protect report confidentiality

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects and processes personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

By using our Services, you consent to:

• Collection of personal and health information
• Processing of data for service delivery
• Sharing of information with Healthcare Providers
• Use of data for quality improvement and research (in anonymized form)

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1. The Company is not liable for:

• Accuracy of test results provided by partner laboratories
• Medical interpretation or diagnosis
• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to technical issues

8.2. Liability Limit

Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy or reproduce Platform content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Distribute or transmit content
• Reverse engineer the Platform

10. Generative AI, Machine Learning, AI/ML

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide the following features:

• Personalized test recommendations based on:
  • Search and browsing history
  • Previous test orders
  • Age and demographic information
  • Location-based health risk factors
• Smart scheduling and routing for sample collection
• Predictive analytics for test result interpretation
• Automated health insights and suggestions

11. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend access to Services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent activity
• At its sole discretion with reasonable notice

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

13. Modifications
