Delete your Phlebo1 account

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open Phlebo1 and sign in, open the menu, then choose Compliance → Delete Account. Confirm, and your access is revoked straight away.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email support@labtest1.com from your registered email address, or from any address quoting your registered mobile number, with the subject "Phlebo1 account deletion".

We verify ownership of the number before acting, then process the request within 7 working days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, contact details, Aadhaar hash and last four digits, uploaded documents and profile photo, push registrations, and your saved device binding.

What is retained, and why

Assignment history, trip logs, collected-sample records, payments you handled and commission ledgers are retained. These are operational and financial records that Labtest1 is required to keep for audit and tax purposes. They are unlinked from your identity where the law allows.

How long it takes

Access ends immediately. Final erasure or anonymisation of your identity data completes within 30 days.

If you change your mind, email support@labtest1.com from your registered address within 30 days and we can stop the erasure. After that it cannot be reversed.

Before you request deletion

Complete or hand over any job you are currently carrying. Anything still in flight is released back to the dispatch pool the moment the request is submitted, and unsettled commission may be delayed while it is reconciled.
