Phlebo1 Terms & Conditions

Who may use this app

Phlebo1 is restricted to field agents approved by Labtest1. Accounts are tied to a verified mobile number and to a single device. Sharing your account, or signing in on behalf of someone else, is grounds for immediate revocation.

Your responsibilities on the job

Follow the collection protocol for every sample, label and scan accurately, record vitals honestly, and keep collected samples secure until drop-off. Never record a status you have not actually performed.

Patient confidentiality

Patient identity, health information and reports you see through the app are confidential. Do not photograph, copy, retain, discuss or share them outside the app.

Breach of patient privacy is treated as serious misconduct and ends your engagement.

Payments you collect

Cash and digital payments you collect in the field belong to Labtest1 and must be recorded in the app at the time of collection. Payment links and QR codes must be generated only through the app.

Commissions

Commission rates are those published in the app at the time of the order. Commission on cancelled, refunded or reversed orders may be adjusted. Payout schedules are shown under How Payouts Work in the app.

Location tracking

Accepting a job means agreeing to location tracking for the duration of that trip. Marking yourself Available means agreeing to location tracking while you are online and awaiting dispatch; going offline ends it. Disabling location or force-stopping the tracking service while a job is active may result in the job being reassigned.

Suspension and revocation

Labtest1 may suspend or revoke access for misconduct, fraud, breach of patient privacy, repeated no-shows, or wilful damage. On revocation, in-flight jobs are returned to the pool and app access ends immediately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
